A 60-minute, container-based grief session designed to provide emotional safety, clarity, and grounding during seasons of loss.

This session is not about fixing or rushing grief. It offers a calm, structured space to acknowledge what’s present, process emotions with care, and allow healing to unfold at a steady, supported pace.

This session is ideal if you are:
• Grieving a loss, transition, or identity shift
• Feeling emotionally overwhelmed or unsettled
• Seeking compassionate, spiritually grounded support

You can expect a thoughtful opening, guided reflection, and a gentle closing so you leave feeling centered—not exposed.

This session is not therapy or crisis care.
